- Anatomical back splints: Pre-shaped aluminium splints follow the back of the leg and keep the knee in slight flexion.

Stand or sit with your leg straight. Measure around the middle of your thigh, about 6 inches (15.2 cm) above the knee, and match the reading to the table below.
