The Tynor Ankle Wrap (Neoprene) wraps around the ankle and the middle of the foot, leaving the heel and toes open. Two straps, one around the ankle and one across the instep, let you set how firm the compression feels, and the four-way stretch neoprene holds in body warmth. It gives the ankle compression and partly limits its movement, and it is quick to put on and take off.

How to choose your size

Stand or sit with your ankle straight. Measure around the leg about 2 inches (5.1 cm) above the inner ankle bone, then find your size in the table.
